You do not have to limit your menu to just coffee.  Open your coffee shop to the opportunity to make multiple sales.  Serve delicious Danish pastries, mouth-watering cakes, flaky pies, and an assortment of flavour-rich cookies to go with the drinks.  Moreover, you do not have to limit the drink options to simply coffee.  You can also include teas, fresh fruit juices and shakes, as well as the ubiquitous colas, in your menu.
